How long before I see results?
Hair growth cycles are slow. Expect reduced shedding at 6–8 weeks and visible density changes at 3–6 months with daily use. If nothing has changed by month 4, consult a dermatologist — a nutraceutical cannot correct androgenetic alopecia on its own.
Can I take this with finasteride or minoxidil?
Yes. This is a nutraceutical / topical, not a prescription drug — no known interaction with finasteride, dutasteride, or topical/oral minoxidil. Many of our post-transplant patients stack all three.
Is it safe during pregnancy or breastfeeding?
Because the formulation contains phytoestrogens (daidzein, β-sitosterol), we do not recommend use during pregnancy or lactation. Speak to your doctor before starting.
Should I take it before or after a hair transplant?
Both. Starting 4–8 weeks pre-op helps optimize nutrient status at the time of grafting. Continuing for at least 6 months post-op supports the shock-loss-to-regrowth transition.
What is the recommended dose?
One capsule per day, with food, for at least 3 months to complete a full follicular cycle. Some patients stay on it indefinitely as a maintenance supplement.
Can I take it if I am already on a multivitamin?
Check for overlap — particularly zinc, iron, and biotin. Stacking two multivitamins can push zinc above 40 mg/day, which interferes with copper absorption. One targeted formula is usually enough.
Does it work for women with hair loss?
Yes. The formulation is designed to be suitable for both men and women, particularly for female pattern hair loss and post-partum telogen effluvium where iron and ferritin are often low.
