What it does
The dermoroller creates microscopic channels in the scalp that dramatically increase the absorption of the accompanying serum, while also stimulating natural collagen and follicle response. Especially useful in the late stages of baldness, where the remaining follicles need both nutrition and mechanical stimulation to restart.

How to use

Is dermarolling safe on post-transplant scalp?
Not immediately. Wait until graft healing is complete and your surgeon clears you for dermaroller use — typically 3 months post-op. Using it too early damages grafts. After that, it accelerates recovery and follicle adhesion.
How often should I use the dermaroller?
Once or twice per week, never daily. Sterilize the roller with alcohol before and after each use. Over-rolling damages the skin and defeats the purpose. The regenerative window happens between sessions, not during them.
Does it hurt?
The needles are short (0.25–0.5 mm typical for scalp use). You will feel mild prickling but no real pain. If it hurts, you are pressing too hard — lighten the pressure.
Can I use minoxidil after dermarolling?
Yes — this is one of the most common stacks. Dermarolling first (dry scalp), then the Mossi serum, then minoxidil the next morning (not immediately afterwards). Minoxidil applied directly after rolling can irritate because absorption is increased.
